The University maintains its own multi-faith room in the Spark building. The Spirituality and Reflection service offers confidential support in both personal and spiritual matters, and can help those who are new to the area find a like-minded religious community.
We offer confidential support in a comfortable environment to tackle any concerns you may have, whether it's about your personal life or your university studies. If you are new to the city, we can also offer assistance with finding an appropriate worship centre.
People of many different cultures, races and religions call Southampton home, so the city centre has a wide selection of places to worship. Here you should get a good idea of what facilities are available, although the list is by no means meant to be exhaustive.
Multi-faith space
The spirituality and reflection service maintains a multi-faith space/prayer room, located in The Spark. The space is accessible to all students and staff for prayer or quiet reflection. Prayer mats are also available, and accessible washing facilities are located directly opposite the room.
